Kirkor IT Solutions is an IT consultancy in New Rochelle, New York. This page explains what data the site handles. If anything is unclear, send a note through our contact form.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and how visitors find the site. GA4 sets a small set of cookies to count visits and recognize returning users. We've turned off ad-personalization signals on our property, and we don't use this data to advertise to you elsewhere. Google's privacy notice covers what they do with the data they receive: policies.google.com/privacy.
When you submit the contact form, we save what you typed (name, email, optional phone and company, subject, message) along with your IP and browser, so we can reply and investigate any spam. Submissions are kept in our database and emailed to us. You can ask us to delete yours any time.
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to score how likely a submission is to be from a bot. reCAPTCHA collects device and behavior signals and sends them to Google for that purpose. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
The Pay an Invoice page hands off to PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details — those go directly to PayPal. After payment, PayPal tells us your name and the amount. PayPal's privacy policy applies to whatever you submit on their site.
If you sign in to the client portal, we keep a server-side session and a session cookie so you stay logged in. We hold the contact details we already have on file for you (name, email, optional phone), plus your projects, tickets, and documents. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt — we can't read them. Sessions log out automatically after a period of inactivity.
The IP Finder page just shows you your own public IP — nothing is saved beyond standard web-server access logs (IP, URL, user agent, timestamp), which our host rotates and which we use only for operations and security.
_ga and _ga_*) so GA4 can tell repeat visits apart from new ones.We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We only share with the services that help us run the site (currently Google for analytics and reCAPTCHA, PayPal for payments, our web host), or when legally required.
Use our contact form to see what data of yours we have, correct it, or have it deleted. If laws like the CCPA, GDPR, or UK GDPR apply to you, we'll honor those rights regardless of where you live.
The site runs over HTTPS, forms are rate-limited and bot-scored, and passwords are hashed. If you find a vulnerability, please let us know through the contact form and we'll respond quickly.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where it matters, note it elsewhere on the site.
